self setClientDvar( "developer", "1" );

it could be this dvar. self setClientDvar( "giveall", "1" ); along with the dev dvar's too. and yes the giveall dvar is an actual dvar i have used it before.It Gives me all guns and attachments but *with no ammo at all* just all the guns on mw2 + attachments but with no ammo.And i did not go through all the weapons when i had this dvar on my patch.I only went a few as i saw i had most guns + attachments.So i still think that could be it.
