My friend is getting a jtag and wants help with this.

Any help is appreciated.

Questions I have...

    What does the Resistor do?

    Why would someone remove it?

Is it a good or bad idea to remove it?

Will + rep if anyone helps.

Thanks, ApEx

What does the Resistor do?
Disables the burning of eFuses

Why would someone remove it?
So you can't update your xbox 360, but you can still update XBR/NAND

Is it a good or bad idea to remove it?
Depends on what your doing, so follow the directions on a good j-tagging guide
