Mine is stuck at loading screen, each time, just disconnects me and the freezes,, Wtf?

If it freezes and all, and wont let you update, you have to:
1. Redo it, over again, once. Thats what i did.
2. I also moved it from USB to HDD and back To USB.
Worked perfectly.

So are you saying i was to have the launcher from Gamestop or where ever they modded it from to get the beta before you chances of being banned are slimmer and if i were to wait until the actual release of the beta for bullet storm users would my chances be even more slimmer of getting banned??

I just thought of it they cant ban you if you dont have a download history of the launcher due to when you download it the is a license that goes on your 360 so everyone can play the beta on the 360 so there for they will have no proof to ban you from the game so i would say just wait until the bulletstrom beta is started and you should be fine to play with no worries.
