Well what If I didn't do the USB Trick to get the VIP Beta code, but got a code and I played it for a long time, and the code was legit and it's in my download history. Will I get banned?

It is a consul banned so your XBOX gets banned.. NOT WORTH IT. Using the usb method is getting the game in a illegal way.
