I Played 10 Games Today No Ban

The only authority to ban 'Epic Games' would have is from Gears of War. They don't have the ability to console/account ban you from xbox live.

To be honest, it's only a beta, i think people that modded the beta are either hardcore fans or people who just want to see how the game is like before buying the retail version, if they do ban people from the game they will loose most of the beta testers and a lot of sales. I mean, i don't want to be paying around 60 dollars for a game 6 months before it even comes out unless im sure.

im lvl 11 with about 55 games plaid and im not baned

i don't think epic games can ban your account/or console the only power they have is banning you from the beta/full game which is stupid because i am not paying for a game just for a beta if i were epic games i would make the beta go on the dashboard, if they want more people to buy there game then do what i said but you shouldn't get banned your helping them test there game out:)
