The ban wave will happen on Monday. There will be a game update to change the servers from p2p to dedicated and when that happens they will run a check of everyone's download history. It is the same as the way they do black ops ban waves.

Its pretty much like black ops. You got banned from the game. Not live. (depending on what you did though)

Epic would report you to Microsoft if you did it the USB way because the is PIRATING. Then Microsoft would console banned you for PIRATING. It pisses me seeing people say you can't be banned when you obviously could be.

It's not pirating when the thing you are downloading is free. People used the two profile trick to get free DLC. I remember the Black Ops DLC with two profiles for free, and nobody ever got banned for that. The people that did, only got banned from Black Ops. Another example is GPD mods on Black Ops. They banned you from the game and reported you to Microsoft. Microsoft never actually banned anybody though.

Yeah exactly, my 2nd account got perma banned from black ops for modded zombies (accidently went on live ^^) and never got perma banned from Live. Even with the name ConsoIe Jtagged (The I looks like an l so yeahh). P.S. srry for the dble post

The amount of people they would lose if they were to ban all of them...

They are probably saying that because they got epic edition, and are getting mad that people are playing it before them.
