I learned my lesson! If it's not stickied or hasn't been verified by TTG staff, stay away from it! This weekend I was scammed 3 times! Twice for rep points (which i won't do again unless i see results, first) and once for $15 for prestige service.
Kingshiet (Bitter Joy) posted a live stream, which looked pretty legit, but once I paid for the 10th prestige service (for my wife)...i waited! Hours passed and, after one excuse or another, he finally said he wouldn't do it cause paypal had locked in his cash. All he had to do is verify funds and provide the service - if he had the capability to do so, at all.
So, I'm not out much cash but it could have been worse, a lot worse from other stories I've heard! Guys....stick to stickied or verified, only!

Ok...I can see that maybe it's tough to get verified, but I'm talking about guys that take the money and, when they can't deliver the goods, act like they owe nothing in return. If you can't get verified then customer feedback is the way to go. Encourage people to post their experience on your threads and take care of the ones that aren't satisfied so that everyone can see it! Then, everyone will KNOW you are legit!

Considering I don't have much to give....rep is rep, regardless of how little. Scammed out of rep twice (good job, detective)! That's all they asked for. Like I said...I didn't take a huge hit on rep and didn't lose a ton of money. But others have! The point is this - if someone asks for money and/or rep and doesn't deliver on what they promise...it's a scam!! If it's not a scam, then they are, at least, not trustworthy! I don't see any of these particular guys offering a refund or giving back the rep because they couldn't or didn't deliver.
One other thing - the same three that took my meager little 2.8 rep point each and the insignificant $15 also scammed a bunch of others this weekend. $15 per person and 2.8 point of rep add up when you are doing it to as many people as possible.
