It doesn't work with hot swapped disk. It only works if the disk can be read as a play able game. I tried this before so yeah.

i have the slim so i cant mod any more

lol? Obviously if it will pick up a normal disk and let you play it, it will let you install a hot swapped disk. Plus, by doing this, you put the xbox back to the way it was when you got it besides the dashboard, which means it works..
