homegrownjeff wrote 65-70 with your fans at max. Mine with the fans at max runs around 40-45. Maybe you should repaste your heatsinks because that is pretty warm for max setting. I never seen one run that warm at 100% speed, I know I had one running alittle warm and I repasted it with Artic Silver and it brought down the temp. Im just saying, I have delt with RROD xboxs for years now and found that Artic silver is the best thermal paste to use.
Yeah i Re Thermal Pasted it with Artic Silver ...
+ Would i Be able to take My Heatsinks Out and sit 2 other fans on each Chip ?

No you need some sort of heatsinks, you can use other bigger ones, you will just have to drill new holes in your new heat sinks to make sure the holes will line up with the holes on the mother board, switch out the X-Clamp for some little bolts and washers or you could use the stock heat sinks and use a fan on top of them. But I would just use your stock heat sinks and tunnel and just turn up fan speeds, its all you need to do anyways.

Yes you do to flash your drive or a sata card, but you don't need to do that anyways.
