This is my offline GPD.
It has,
Godmode
Unlimited Ammo
Give all weapons
Raygun_upgraded
No Clip
ProMod
super jump
Paintball Bullets
meale range 999
& Many More
TuT
You need Xport 360 and Horizan Beta = Search google to download.
*save my GPD to your desktop
1.Open up your Horizan beta and minimise it
2.Open your Xport and load up your HDD (with a transfer cable)
3.Open Your profile E00004BBFA17245A <<< should look like this (your will be differant)
4.open up the folder FFFE07D1 then open the 00010000 folder and copy your profile to the desktop
5.Open Horizan Beta and Drag and drop your Profile into the Horizan
6.Click on Contents in the search type 41560855 and you will see the 41560855.GPD
7.Right click on the 41560855.GPD and click replace.
8.Then double left click on my GPD on your desktop and then click save,Rehash and Resign
9.Close Horizan Beta.
10.Now your profile on the Destop in the FFF folder and in the 00010000 folder is now modded with my GPD
11.Highlight your profile And drag and drop it into Xport 360 Click Yes to all when it asks do you want to replace it.
12.Clear your system catch and delete the TU5 update from blacks / for people who dont know how --- Go onto dashboard > System settings > Memory > Games > Black Ops > Highlight
The Black ops Title Update 5 press A Go down twice click delete.
13.To clear system cach go to dashboard > System setting > Memory > Then press Y Go down twice and Press A Then go up once and press A
14.Unplug your ethernet cable / wireless And sign out / Turn auto sign in off
15.For people who dont know how to Turn auto sign in off > Press Xbox Button > Go right Twice > Press A on Profile > Go Down 4 Times And Press A > Gown Down Once and Press A.
16. Load up Your Black ops game After The Press Start Screen (you will be on main menu) Sign in your account with my GPD on
17. Go to zombies Click Either > Solo > Splitscreen > System Link
18. Then Press the Button's > Back > Start > All Dpad > This will activate mods
19. Work out the buttons yourself and Have Fun =-)

Please Thanx And Rep As it took me nearly 2 Hours to write this tut And It took me A week To Fully Get This GPD Perfect =-)
