Get a friend that has the map pack that you want recover their gamer tag re download the maps make a modded gt of their account now let your friend recover their account back. now before you hit x box live on a second controller sign into the modded gt and simply sign out and go play online.you only need two controllers for black ops in mw2 and cod 4 you can have 1.remember to have your main account signed in when you sign into the modded account.
