My easier methoid is

1-Make a new account
2-when it ask you to make a avatar DONT select one.
3-Sign out and sign in your main
4-reapeat step 3

Actually i tried it the way i just said and with another account. it didn't work but only with when it makes u pic a avatar

Make sure You Acctually already have a save, I Reccomend deleting whatever you have to do with reach (Other than Maps ) And start a new campaign, svae and quit, and you will have a fresh save,
Also, remember it has to be saved in your profile games, and you need to put your profile id and Console id into the save... If it still doesn't work, comment back and ill help as much as i can
