I cant give rep. Im not sure why. I open the page and then it says how much rep.. blah blah blah. and the i click give. and it says cannot connect to interent. any help?

yea just means it cannot contact the server just keep trying again until it works ;)

I would suggest pming a admin cause if u rebooted and it still doesnt work then go to an admin.

umm maybe virus protection or if u have windows 7 it messes up sometime for me
