New Objective for Zombies?

I've been browsing through this forum the topics and have noticed that many people are assuming maybe that there is going to be a new objective to Zombies other than obviously turning on the power and surviving.
At first I didn't put much stock into the assumptions but now I'm beginning to think that there might just be another objective aside from those I mentioned.
What if the power is already on when you spawn? In the video the power is already on because we can see the random box light and the lighthouse is lit up. Also, in Ascension, Dempsy starts off by saying "Uhh Treyarch! Can we get a new objective please?!", Insinuating that turning on the power is their objective.
And lastly, probably the most obvious point that everyone already knows about, but they told us that this Zombie experience will be like nothing we've ever played before as far as Zombies goes.
Just a thought...

I see what you're getting at. First point, though:
Even if the power is off the Mystery Box will still have light above it.
The few seconds they showed us of the map could've been at ANY point - they could've turned everything on and then filmed it for the preview.
But I hope there is something new.. it's really boring, you know? I just can't think of a good idea..
Shi No Numa started without the power on - there was no objective. Maybe we could just kill zombies plain and simple, for once? I hope =).

Yeah I agree with you as well. As far as the objective goes I'm content with the setup as is, I love Zombies and I play it probably 3x as much as I do multiplayer. I just can't wait to see what's up!

Good point, Dempsey does say that at the begining... But hopefully its something different, Power is getting old...

yea finding the light switch really is getting old but i still love zombies
