Yes you can, but im not sure that usb xtaf current supports large files. I.E It may lagg out.

As I have posted around a lot already, DLC is signed to a console and profile, meaning you need one of the two original ones to play.I'll quote myself for further explanation

As long as you have the pack on the console you purchased it on, or the account you bought it with, it will work for you both.

I've tried to do that with the cod 4 maps and i dont think it works but maybe with the new flashdrive update it might

There is a Tut somewhere around here but u cant do it with a flash drive it has to be 2 accounts glitch.

DLC is tied to the console it was originally bought and downloaded on (unless you transfer the licenses), and to the gamertag that bought it. Thus, there are only two instances in which a person can play DLC:

1) The gamertag that purchased the DLC can download and play it anywhere
2) Other gamertags that exist on the console where the DLC license is

You can't just transfer content on a memory card and give it to someone else, unless they are going to sign in with your gamertag to use it or you transfer your licenses to their console.
