I like this, you have a great point about this but as you should do when you join a forum is read the rules. If you read the rules which you are suppose to then one hit wonders wouldn't get flamed, -repped etc. I still like this nonetheless, good post.

I'll explain now.

I joined TTG with this "flood" of people seeing the leaderboards. But I didn't want 10th or anything like that. I was recommended by some friends. They are now inactive here, but I started posting and posting. I started at the bottom, like those one hitters and I'm not exactly the highest of ranks, now, but it's better than nothing.

I've been on several previous forums before. I joined my first a few years ago and I've been on quite a few, now, but on my first, I suppose I was like them one hitters. I just wanted a bit of fun, but that forum was quite brutal on me. I then learned and learned the conduct of forums and how I should post, now I hope the rest of the one hitters here will do the same.

Attempt to put up with them. If they post stupid things, simply quote them and say "Please read the rules, mate. ", let them learn off their mistakes. Like I did. DON'T say "THTS AGAINST TEH ROFLRULEZ" and take 100 rep away from them. They'll lose faith in TTG and leave. We will lose one more potentially active user. Is that what you want?
All those one hitters you see in 10th could end up to be like one of our seniors. Remember that, no matter how annoying they get. They want to have fun, like I did. Teach them they can have fun, just not by doing that.
