Right i know that this is definately in the wrong section but the problem is that my computer can't load any of the sections, e.g call of duty gaming section etc.

it says for my internet connection 1.0mbps and the strength is very good?

i've got the new black BT HomeHub and my xbox live is on full bar connection, so why is my computer so laggy?
