PLEASE POST IF YOU HAVE INFORMATION I NEED. (: AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE.


While I was playing my xbox I mistakenly dropped it.

It was vertical and it fell, and it was ON. I was like oh ****, oh crap, please don't get all **** up ( as we all know xbox's can break oh-so-easily).

Now when I play Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer once in a while I get UNREADABLE DISC, BLAHBLAHBLAH.

Now its getting often, so to prevent any tips that I already tried..

I,

1) blew the laser
2) cleaned the CD
3) air cleaned the cd tray

All of which didn't work. To confirm that it was not my XBOX broken I tried COD4, and it worked fine.

+ There was a huge scratch on my MW2 DISC. ._.

I searched the forums, because before I saw a post about saying you can call someone, xbox or IW to help replace your disc. But I had no luck so i have to post here.

1) I wanted to do the blockbuster rent and switch, but I have the hardened edition of MW2, and the disc looks different (unless if anyone with actually experience did it and it was fine)

2) Who can I contact to try and have my modern warfare 2 cd disc replaced?
3) Is it possible to get it replaced for free? I read some people was able to.
4) If I can't do 1, 2 or 3, is anyone selling their modern warfare 2 for $20 or less? I'm money short right now so its going to be hard :/ If you DO sell it, I want to buy it off ebay, no scammers (:
5) I heard you can copy all MW2 files into the HDD, and play it off there, how would one go about doing that? and also how would i put it to "play from HDD"
