God damn... 1 boot xex menu, 2 create directory on your hard drive, 3 hit y, 4 click copy disk, 5 insert disk but do not hit ok, 6 manually close dvd drive, 7 wait a couple minutes, 8 hit ok, 9 wait 30 minutes while it rips

Go into XEX Menu
Hit RB
Then in the HHD hit y then create new folder
Name it games
Then enter that folder
In that folder hit y and create new folder name it the game you are copying
Then hit y> copy from dvd
Then the dvd drive will open
Put the disk in
Close the drive manually and then wait 10 seconds hit ok
Then 2 loading bars will pop up
Wait for the bottom one to get to 100 and then disappear (It will take around 20-30 mins)
If the loading bars do not appear hit copy dvd then insert the game again and wiat 5 seconds then hit ok
It should work
If not aim me

Go to xexmenu, go to directory' create a folder named black ops, and click on folder and press y and hit copy DVD. When it says put DVD on the tray put game in close tray, and wait 6 seconds and click ok on xexmenu
