M1A1 all the way. Defently a better gun, however we all know that you dont unlock it untill level 65. If you prestige you rarely use this. If you pre ordered the game you can use it whenever.

Gewler in HC
Carbine in regular

My opinion:

Both beast guns
Carbine is more powerful than Ghewer
Ghewer is more accurate than Carbine
Carbine has large clip
Both turbo really well, with a mod and with a trigga finger like me lol
Ghewer has a better iron sight than Carbine

my point is that they both have there ups and downs
i have a class for both of them but personally i like the carbine due to its beastness
but i use ghewer until i unlock carbine

btw SVT is a beast gun too very fast turbo

UPDATE:
u have to also consider the gametype eg HC and core..deffs carbine in core tho but either in HC

I like to use both because i have a mod and they are just so fun to use because they shoot so fast but im leaning more towards the m1a1

I M1A1 a lot better cause I can trigger finger it with extended mags a lot longer, but Gewher I like the appature on it and you get it at like level 8. either one is good to me cause I trigger finger them both.

The M1A1 with aperture sight is dead accurate.
Plus it is quite powerful. The Gewehr is not.
