i installed some led's in my zephyr jtag and then i went to turn it on and the power brick light went red and i now have 3 rrod. If you can help me successfully fix this problem i will pay.

i removed the led lights of course and cleaned up the solder points and still 3 rrod with 0021 error code

0021 is a messy error code.
First look for any missing or bridged capacitors/resistors.
If everything looks fine it usually is a result or a solder ball underneath your Southbridge that has become bridged with another solder ball. A reflow will not fix this, you will need to get a complete reball. It will cost you about $50 plus shipping if you were to send it into a stickied repair guy on guy on TTG.
Also if you added any wiring remove it because to much power could be being drawn from your southbridge
