i recently installed windows 7 on my previously windows xp system.. its kinda old
i experienced occasional crashing (1/week) on xp, but yesterday i upgraded to 7 and noticed crashing every 5-20 minutes.. its fine then just freezes and turns off.. Also, my audio doesnt work.. aim-knightsword109 @ yahoo.com, i will donate and rep if u help!

You can very seldom upgrade a Windows XP system unless you upgrade everything in the computer. Hard drive, Ram, Memory, Etc. So that's your problem. Uninstall it, install XP again and just wait untill you get a newer computer for Windows 7. It also is not recommended to upgrade to Windows 7 on any other programs, XP, 2000, Vista, because the computers with Windows 7 already built in are made for the specific software. Vista computers are for vista softwares, and the same for XP and 2000 computers. (:
