-get you oG nand
-put it on a usb
-unplug the av & power cable with no hdd
-plug the usb in the back port by the av cables
-plug cables back in
-turn console on by cd drive
-once its done updating quickly push in cd drive and pull the power & and av casble out for 30 secs
-Turn console on.. DONE
