If you notice in the teleporters in Der Riese it says "Tunguska" and you also see an image of a lighthouse ( call of the dead lighthouse)

if you have read the plot you'll have noticed it says call of the dead is set in Siberia, Tunguska was a meteorite that also fell upon Siberia (the location of call of the dead) PLOT : [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Tunguska meteorite: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
we may be seeing "Tunguska" in Call of the Dead.
EDIT: also if you no-clip on Shi no numa to a hut outside the map it says TUNGUSKA on the wall: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (skip to 0:14)

this is interesting i think that they will use the meteorite as the reason for zombies as it will be element 115 meteorite probably so this explains why zombies have made it to this shipwrecked siberian frozen area

Sounds like the same place but we probably wont be "seeing" anything because tunguska isn't a meteor it is an event where a meteor exploded over siberia and zombies takes place after tunguska

If people paid attention they would realize tunguska is the name of the meteor that can be seen in Shi No Numa

That "plot" you linked was posted by a random anonymous person, and obviously can't be trusted.
