blud wrote yesterday my account got hacked on gb. i was up at 2:47 am about to get off some kid invites me to join a party so i join and then he sais i have a singles match. that i never scheduled. so i tell him i didnt schedule any he sais that i had 9 more upcoming matches to do. and then he told me that it shows im online. and i tryed to log on today and it turn out he changed the password and email. so i cant retreive the password??? this is the second time this has happened 2 me. could an1 help me out with getting my password and profile back???

you cant just "be hacked" go over everything you did before anyone that used your account people that know your account email and so on did you download any programs that claim to give you free points do you check all login gates before you login on the web?

the best way i deal with my account due to how known it is

very simple use an email address you dont use for anything use only use an email address with your xbox live account that only you know in the details put in fake age and address but write down all this info this only needs to be done via your email account i have also made my details on xbox live not the same as my home address my gamertag is not linked me my home all my account details go somewhere else

this works for me and its fool proof but if you download programs or look for free points you will be hacked thats part of life online it happens alot contact microsoft
