i have a theory on how to get it legit, 1000 of each accolade?

they probably made it just so they can tell if you got into a unlock all lobby... lol

i think infinity ward put this in to make people search for ways to find it or they left it in for iw staff

You must pass all of these to get it
- All challenges completed
-Tenth Prestige Level 70
-Must have (Unknown #) of every accolade
-Over 1,000,000 XP (at 10th)
-Over 50,000 kills and 5,000 wins
-Over 50,000,000 score

Although due to leader board hacking, IW may have taken it out altogether(unless by hacking)

I Theory Is That Only IW workers Can Have That Emblem Like Halo 3 Flaming Reon At least Until We Found THE JTAG But Who Care's No We All Have it

i think its unlock all secret challenges you know the ones not listed in the barracks
i doubt anyone besides iw knows all of them but i know a couple
Never forget or something like that- Knife an enemy in the back after he shot you in the back
and i cant remember the others ive gotten but there is probably loads that no one knows about

It was more then likely a emblem added to be able to tell between the hackers and the Players

I think you must have ?****? of every accoldade....
If you go to accolades, you'll see a few accolades with a skull-picture__Maybe you need 1000 of every *skull-accolade* (Did you see the little crack at the skull...its the same as the spinning 10th emblem have)
