Ok, so I installed iLock from Cydia.

When I had my code thing done, I restarted my iPod.

Then it was all laggy and it said the iLock needed to be activated, then I restarted again.

It was laggy again, the apple logo from startup was in the background, but it let me type in my passcode.

What do I do to make it activated?

Maybe you have to buy the app from their website?
Alot of things are for sale on cydia like LockInfo. You can download it free in cydia I think but you have to buy it on their website

What it means is you downloaded a pirated version and its waiting to be activated but cant. The only way to activate it is to download the paid version or find a keygen if it requires a code.
