Ok say if i want to play on the jtagged xbox without the loader online will it still consider to be banned?

as long as you dont attempt to sign in to xbox live your fine.

keep your network cable unplugged if your that worried.

Yes it will still get banned. Xexloader isnt what gets the jtag banned
