I'm pretty new so I don't know much about anything regarding the site.
I was wondering what Reputation is? How do I get/receive it? Can I trust people with Rep?
Can you give your self rep from another account?
These are just a few questions I have regarding it!
Any help is awesome

Reputation is something you can give and receive. There is good reputation, that adds on to your count til your next reputation power (100 points needed for 1 reputation power), and bad reputation, that subtracts rep from your reputation count (EX: You have 9 reputation points, you get de-repped by 5, you have 5 reputation points). If someone has a larger amount of reputation, you can usually be sure they are a trusted member. Also look at the post count and join date. You can gain rep also by posting; you gain 1 rep power for every 25 posts.
You can give good and bad rep by clicking the green flag in the bottom right corner of someone's post.

First off, Welcome to TTG!
You give reputation, wehteher positive or negative by pressing the green flag in the bottom left corner of a post: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
As a non-gold member, you can give +/- 25 reputation points.
As a gold member, you can give +/- 50 reputation points.
It takes 100 reputation points to make 1 reputation power, which will show up by your reputation counter.
Yes, rep is good and you can ususally trust people with a lot of rep, but you also get 1 reputation power for every 25 posts you make.
Hope this helps!

Yes, go to your profile, and scroll down until you see these tabs, and click reputation. There is a lot of information about your rep there!:

I like to think of it as your e-p*nis.
The higher (bigger) it is, the more you are respected.
