This is very easy and I just started.

First create an account on Blogger.com
Create a blog.
Make about 5-10 blog posts to make it look legit.
Create an account on Google AdSense.
To do this sign on to your google account where it says "Try something new" click AdSense.
Fill out legit info.
On your blog click Motenize.
Add your AdSense account it should only take about 30 min. to get approved.
Once the ads show up on your site, F5 (refresh) the shit out of that b**** and for every say 20th click, click on an ad on the site. This will keep a legit ratio of how many people clicked ads.
So I keep mine at about 3-6% at all times.

Do not make your address .TK!!!\
F5 is the same as refresh
Always keep ration under 7% meaning 7% of the people that visited your blog clicked the ads
