This is not repairing your broken disk, it is making it work again.
All you need is
A friend with the game or rent the game from BlockBuster.
Broken disk
Turn on your Xbox and insert your friends/BlockBusters game.
Hover over where it says "Play Black Ops or Whatever game."
Click Y
Click "Install To HDD"
Let it install, now you can play the game off your broken disk, since it doesn't read the game off of it, it just verifies that the disk is there.
Easy!
