So i convinced them that i could do tenth lobbies and said i was going to do a system link lobby but i would need to recover there account and that i usually charge 10$. so they said it sounded fishy and wanted to get one of there clan members to try it first so he sent me his account info and stuff in a msg and i went on his hotmail changed his password and etc. so i have his account and his account still has a credit card on it so i buy 40$ worth of Microsoft points with it then i change his gamer tag and start playing on it talking to one of the clan members thought the guy i was hacking was a total **** and was laughing his **** of so were talking and he gets a call from the guy and he's ferrous then he tells him i spent 40$ on his account and he start yelling loudly ( I can hear him all the way through the mic ) the guy sends me a msg saying his dad works for Microsoft i call bullshit and didn't believe him so block his second account cause i was tired of hearing him i go get food i come back and the account is suspended then he tells me that im going to be in legal trouble. Can i get in legal trouble if he gave me the account that had the credit card on it? ( i have pictures of the message ) thanks for reading my over detailed story
