From the look of that screen shot.. no it is not the rebooter/method to hosting with your JTAG online.

No.. you do not rebuild an image with flash 360 tool.. You use various programs and you must be a very skilled coder with some decent knowledge on how microsoft's server checks are in place as well as modding them/ your nand.

It's very complicated it's not simple at all, at all.
