Say someone steals my xbox account because i gave them my password a while back and then we got into a fight. he takes my account and buys microsoft points on the account with my creditcard that is on the account. would it be possible to sue for anything? idetity theft? And cant you get microsoft to back you up because wouldnt they be able to check anything
