What ever sort of lobby i go into (Zombie) It allwasy comees up with an error message and resets my rank at the main menu.
Please Let me no how i can sort this out.

you cant derank your self it wont lets you thats why it resets you rank back to the lastest

The reason, is either your trying to make yourself a prestige lower than what you are, or you did not go into a public match to get a kill after you chose the prestige.

For the classes not saving, you need to choose a save device for your xbox to save to.
