my account got stolen so i called microsoft and they said they should have it in a week or 2 hopefully i get the call from them here soon telling me my new info on my account

Just change the password on your E-Mail address and then recover gamertag?

lol thats what the guy did i tried to sign in and i coouldnt so i called one of my friends and asked him too see if i was online and he deleted all my friends changed my password and email

well i was an idiot i trusted this guy i was friends with for over a year to take my account and get me lvl 100 gears of war 2 lol he scammed me idk why either but its what ever and thanks guys
