I can answer this for you.

The difference is Xenon get RROD the fastest because they overheat, in my opinion this is the worst type, Falcon is better than the xenon because it doesn't get RROD as easy but there is still a chance , and the Jasper is the xbox elite version which hardly ever gets RROD. The Jasper is the best type to get! Monoxide correct me if i am wrong.

Well the slims are even better than the jasper. But because they are on different servers you can't take your slim online on the 360 server and likewise.

Any modded console can go online, but you will have to have a new KV each time you are banned and most servers charge.
Yes, most servers charge you to go online.
The RGH can be patched on newer consoles, not ones that are already hacked. This does not affect you as you are buying a console that is already RGH'd
