It's not really something you can do over teamviewer. It takes a long time to do (like 5+ hours) and besides, you need a flashed xbox to do it. If you don't have one you can't do it unless you hotswap but that's dangerous and frustrating.

5+ hours..... only if you stop for a cup of tea and snacks
It might be closer to 1-2hours lol because you have to burn it to disc
