Heyy TTG This Is A Tutorial On How To Fix "Disc Unreadable" Problem, also known as " Disc Tray Error" on Xbox 360.
1.) Take Out Disc From Disc Tray.
2.) Keep Disc Tray Open And Slam Shut Gentely With Hand.
3.) Should Make A Crumbely Noise Which Means Lazer Resetting.
4.) If This Didnt Work Repeat Step 1 and 2.

Or open it up and clean the lazer with a qtip and push it forward manually
