I turn it on just get a green center light an no video or sound. just randomly did this when i turned off. i took it apart an cleaned it an still nothing happens..any ideas??

my best advice to you is probably to talk to nitz0 on this site he's an out standing guy and has great knowledge on the xbox it self (and jtags of course)

Did you try to update the dash or flash a kv or anything along those lines?

If yes, it's nand related and you need to reflash your images and it'll be fine..

If not, it's a hardware related error and it's probably the GPU..

Most issues with Jtags and this is from a bad flash or something like that and just needs to be hooked up to a lpt or usb flasher...

If any of you guys need help and just can't get it, shoot it my way and I'll repair it for you.

Like nitz0 said, its most likely a NAND related issue. If you tried to flash an image, etc, you could have messed it up. Try booting into Xell, and if you can, use a flash drive to restore the JTag to a working image. If not, you're gonna need a USB SPI or nand-x to reflash your NAND.

If you think its not that big.

Do you have an HDMI?

if you do make sure you have the slider on you av switch to the right side (HD or just the normal tv setting)
