You cant on PS3 you only can do the 10th hack , you can only do them on xbox with a jtaged xbox 360 sorry bud

you cant do infections you can only host 10th lobbys

All you need to know is that you cannot host 10th prestige lobbies on PS3 nor can you host infected games. Buy an Xbox 360
