Say the transaction wasn't authorized. Say he sent you a link that was apparently a fake PayPal page (Phished), and you didn't notice it. Say he hacked your PayPal. Only thing you gotta do is create a PayPal phishing page and send it to PayPal and say he used that to get your info.
