You quoted that they didn't want to worship satan. But indeed, the Illuminati are Atheists. They don't believe in any type of god. They believe in Science, humanism, philosophy, etc. Those videos are 100% garbage because they make people like you believe they worship the devil. Which is laughed at upon the Illuminati community.
