If you really think about it, you can relate this to The Original Star Wars. The Rebels ( U.S. Marines) mission was to take down and Kill Darth Vader (Osama Bin Laden) But when you actually Kill Darth Vader, what happens to the rest of the Imperial Army? Do they just vanish away? What about the other leaders that weren't Darth Vader?

But You can also relate this to The 'Queen Bee' Theory, as I like to call it. Basically, you have the one Queen Bee, who's the leader, and you have worker Bee's, which are the other Type of Bee you can be. Now, once you take out or Kill The Queen Bee, all other worker Bee's will crumble and cease to exist because they don't have a defined Governmental structure to follow or be apart of.
