i know i seen someone post that you cant SELL accts, i want to know if im allowed to Give away my acct, ima hold a contest if im allowed and the winner will recieve an acct with a couple arcade games, 1000 something microsoft points and modded GS, am i allowed to do this

Yeah, but none of the arcade games and stuff will be given to the person, since they save to the harddrive ):

and the arcade games would come with it, you go to download history and then download again, and then transfer licsences

Just make sure its based along the lines of this:

CLICK

Make it so they have to earn the account, not just type something real quick and press submit.
