I understand, But its still an Irrelevant statement in my opinion. For A Long time I never used to get sleep, at Most 6 hours, but on Average 2.5-4 hours. My life was hectic and stressful so it affected my sleep. But Now Since my Life has started to gather a Sense of Equilibrium, I get better Sleep now.
