you have to go to xbox.com find the support number then call Xbox tell them all your info so they can sign you in and then ask them to take off the credit card

You have to call Xbox Support and they will help you take it off.

Call microsoft and tell them you want to remove it.
they will do it for you. but if you bought any live or anything it will be removed but you will be email a code in 24h -5 days which has the amount of live that you had on the account.

Firstly you go to xbox.com and sign in

secondly hover over my xbox and click accounts

thirdly click edit payment option and remove the credit card

i had the same problem

but i lost my pw

so going to delete it off the credit card
