All you have to do is go to power room and turn the wheel 3 times to the left. Then you pull the handles all the way down. Then you turn wheel 3 times to the right and then pull handles to the top. After this the lighthouse will spin like crazy and then jyst send the ligjt straight up. Will post video when im done doing it again.
