By restarting u mean just turning it off

you will not get banned for being in an xp lobby hosting one might get you banned but microsoft is cutting down on banning because of what happend to sony so yea hope this helped

I have been in many xp and challenge lobbies, and i never have gotten banned ever. So you should be ok.

Actually no, that's incorrect a little bit. You can be banned from being in an infection lobby etc. That's why you need to restart your console like imediately, have you guys not seen Sunkists' topic over this? It's got some pretty useful information in it!! 8)

i used to be in a challenge lobby every night for like couple of months straight when i was on months and months later im still playing mw2 and if you host them now you can get banned but all my friends that do it have hosted for like 1 month and are still on same account
