Probably shouldn't put that in your Motto, as it is really unnecessary and untrue in my personal opinion.

You didn't start out knowing about them and neitehr did I. If he is like myself or MANY other people, reading all day long will not really teach you much at all, and the best way to learn the functionality of it and capabilities is to have one in your hands and be able to play around with it.

No one starts out knowing about JTAGS, so discouraging people from getting one based on their amount of knowledge on them is rather poor judgement. If they want to get one and have a true desire to do their own research and learn all that they can once they have it instead of leeching, then why on earth would you want to discourage them from doing that? To me...that completely goes against having a helpful community to help contribute to and learn from....

If you are going to college then I would get something that will be more useful, like a laptop or something.
